When a “no heat” call at a school comes and the panic sets in, because the school closure will more than likely make the noon news, getting Joe Palmeri from UEP on the other end of Facetime (in short notice) is a relief. The UEP Northeast team has offered nothing but complete and comprehensive support for the multiple Fulton boilers my group has installed. Through quick diagnostics, even if User Error or other aspects of the heating system may have caused the parameters of the boilers to need resetting, UEP Northeast is there until the problem is solved, ensuring the heat gets back on ASAP.
